This Celine handkerchief features an allover print of the word Celine in shades of orange. Because of the scale of the letters, it ends up looking like a mod abstract print. And it looks great with fall decor like pumpkins! Available now in my Etsy shop.
This dramatic dress is perfect for those fall parties. Available now in my Etsy shop.
Inspired by another vintage sewing pattern, I just finished this lovely dress featuring elbow length bell sleeves and a full skirt. Sewn entirely by hand from a vintage Yves Saint Laurent handkerchief, dress also comes with coordinating magnetic rhinestone brooch. Available now in my Etsy shop.
It’s very rare to find a Halloween themed vintage handkerchief, so when I found this one, I snapped it up. Paired with a witches hat (made from a hair ornament), your doll will be all set for her next Halloween party in this dress that features black cats on brooms, pumpkins, and spider webs. Available now in my Etsy shop.
When I think Burberry, I think plaid. But they do more than plaid, as attested to by this feminine floral handkerchief. The little “B’s” may be for Burberry … but I also think Barbie. Although, this dress will fit a variety of dolls. I’ve tried it on vintage Barbie, Poppy Parker, Victoire Roux, Color Infusion, Elyse Jolie, and Silkstone Barbie and it fits them all quite nicely. Magnetic rhinestone brooch included. Available now in my Etsy shop.
I still had half of this adorable handkerchief adorned with kittens, so I decided to try out another new pattern. For this one, I made a fitted skirt that flounces at the knee for ease of movement and a short sleeve bodice lightly gathered onto the waistband. Dress available now in my Etsy shop. Sewing pattern coming soon!
I had just enough left of the gorgeous petit point violets hankie to make a bodice, so I paired it with some silky purple fabric for the skirt. Available now in my Etsy shop.
I couldn’t believe my luck when I found this gorgeous petit point handkerchief. The embroidery is so finely detailed, I kind of felt bad cutting it up (not too bad, though, as I seemed to manage it!). This dress will fit a variety of dolls, as I tried it on many of my girls before I picked Silkstone Audrey Hepburn to model. What can I say, she’s a classic. Available now in my Etsy shop.
I had enough leftover from this vintage Celine handkerchief to make one more dress. Inspired by a vintage sewing pattern, of course. Available now in my Etsy shop.
I had just enough fabric left from this vintage Valentino Rudy handkerchief to make one more dress. Available now in my Etsy shop.
